Trade Directorate

The Trade Directorate is in charge of organizing the internal and external trade through the execution of the Import and Export Law as well as other regulations such as the regulations for import and export licenses and cards and import instructions.

The Directorate also builds bridges of cooperation with importers and exporters and endeavors to remove all obstacles facing the import and export process. It also supervises the execution of contracts and agreements with traders so as to provide basic supplies such as wheat and forage; all this within the cadre of the trade agreements and protocols to which The Trade Directorate is made up of 3 departments:

  • The Department of Contract and LC Execution
  • The Department of Shipping and Insurance
  • The Department of Forages
