Completing application form for modifying Import Cards.
(Applicant or anyone on his/her behalf) |
- Copy of Trade Register Certificate or company registration certificate after the required modification.
- Original Vocational Card, as well as a valid copy of it with the required modification.

- Two Jordanian Dinars modification fee.
- Fifteen Jordanian Dinars for copy after modification.
- Five Jordanian Dinars for each extra copy.
- 200 (two hundred) Fils government stamps for each extra copy of the Card. |
