Completing of Import Card Renewal application form and attaching required supporting documents.

- Original Import Card.

- Application form.

- Five Jordanian Dinars per copy.

- 200 (two hundred fils) government stamps.

Import and Export Law and its amendments No. 21 of 2001.

Import licenses and cards regulation No. 114 for 2004, and its amendments

Import instructions No. 1 for 1999, and their amendments.
