Submitting a petition to replace lost or damaged Import License.

(Client or anyone on his/her behalf)

- Old Import License or a copy of it.

- Original, valid Vocational License + a copy of it.

- Trade Register certificate or company registration certificate.

- Five Jordanian Dinars.

Import and Export Law and its amendments No. 21 of 2001.

Import licenses and cards regulation No. 114 for 2004, and its amendments

Import instructions No. 1 for 1999, and their amendments.

Checking application by employee and making recommendation based on situation then transferring application to the Director of Trade or any authorized signatory for a decision.

The Customs Department is addressed for information about the amounts and quantities being entered.

Based on response from Customs Department, appropriate measures are taken.
