Pulling Number from Machine and heading towards Trading Agencies and Mediators employee

Company registration certificate, an authorization from the company for the person following up to sign on the Company's behalf -this is in case of companies. In case of a Sole Proprietorship, a Trade Register Certificate is required.

- Agent registration fee One Hundred Jordanian Dinars;

- Agency registration fee, Fifty Jordanian Dinars;

- Mediator registration fees, Fifty Jordanian Dinars.

- Trade Agents & Mediators Law No. 31/2002;

Registry Fees Regulations No. 70/2004.

Employee will provide the Application form for Registering Trading Agencies and/or Agents & Mediators

In case of registering an Agent/Mediator, the following documents are required: Company registration certificate, an authorization from the company for the person following up to sign on the Company's behalf -this is in case of companies. In case of a Sole Proprietorship, a Trade Register Certificate is required.

In case of registering a Trading Agency, the following documents are required: The same documents required to register an Agent/Mediator plus a certified copy of the Agency's establishment contract.

Checking application and supporting documentation by employee, as well as authentication of signatures. Applicant is then requested to come back the following day.

Employee shall investigate the (Agent/Mediator/Agency) requiring registration

If application and supporting documentation is complete, a recommendation is made for the registration of the Agency

After approval, data is entered into the Agents & Mediators database system

Fees are determined, a voucher is prepared and the certificate is issued once all internal procedures are completed
