Pulling Number from Machine and heading towards employee responsible for Capital Lease operations |
- Capital Lease contract
- Copy of Lessor's company registration certificate;
- Copy of Lessee's company registration certificate;
- An authorization of signature if Lessee is a Limited Liability or a Public Shareholding Company;
- Copy of Lessee's ID card. |
- Lease Deposit Certificate fees 50 (Fifty) Jordanian Dinars. |

Employee will provide the application form for Registering Capital Lease Data to Applicant |

Employee will check the Application, the contract and the required documents which are: Company registration certificate, an authorization from the company for the person following up to sign on behalf of the Company (for both the Lessor and the lessee). After the data is reviewed, the fees are determined and the Application is signed by both parties, the Applicants is then requested to return the following day to receive the certificates. |

Employee will then print the certificate review it and attach it with Application so as to send the folder to the Registrar for signature. The certificate is printed in 3 copies: One for the folder and two for each of the parties |

On the following visit, the Applicant is given a voucher so as to make the necessary payment and receive two copies of the Capital Lease Deposit Certificate |

A copy of the Application, the Certificate, voucher and other documents are stored in the company's folder. |
