Trademark Registration
|
- Trademark Registration Form and 2 copies of the Trademark;
- A copy of the Trademark attached to the Form;
- Four copies of the Trademark Publicizing Request Form in both Arabic and English;
- A copy of the Company's Registration Certificate, authorized signatories and Trade name (if exists);
- A valid ID card, or passport (for non-Jordanians);
- A Notarized General or limited Power of Attorney;
- A copy of documents supporting priority rights (if possible). |
- Obtaining and completing the Registration Forms online and submitting it to Reception Desk Employee;
- Informing Applicant of approval or denial of registration within Two Months;
- Upon notification of approval, publicizing fees are determined and paid;
- Trademarks receiving initial approval are publicized in the Official Gazette. If they are not challenged within Three months, final registration is completed, registration fees are paid and final registration certificate is issued, signed by the registrar. |

- JD 20 or 40 (Twenty or Forty Jordanian Dinars) depending on purpose, plus JD 5. 00 in case of General Power of Attorney or JD 2.00 in case of Special Power of Attorney paid to the Ministry's Accountant
- JD 50 (Fifty Jordanian Dinars) in case of approval of registration, as Fees for Advertisement and issuance of Preliminary Registration Certificate;
- JD 25.00 (Twenty Five Jordanian Dinars) upon final registration.
