Submitting a written petition by the company or establishment or anyone on their behalf along with application and documents submitted to the Chamber of Industry or Commerce fully signed and stamped.

- Petition or a memorandum from the company.

- The original document which has been signed or stamped by the Chamber of Industry or Chamber of Commerce.

- As per Stamps Law.

Only the signatures and stamps on application are checked by employee. Content of application and documents are neither checked nor notarized.
