Receiving Anti-Subsidizing Application / Investigation Procedures

-    Anti-Subsidizing Application

-    A notarized public power of attorney;

-    A copy of the company's registration certificate showing type, ownership, and other shareholder details;

-    A certified copy of audited financial statements for the past 3 years plus what is available for current year;

-      A letter supporting the Application, signed individually by each company.

-    Receiving Anti-Subsidizing Application

-    Legal Study of Case

-    Missing Documents Form

-    Submitting Completed Documented Certified Application and Paying Fees

-    Investigating Submitted Applications

-    Announcing Final Recommendation
